Q1. What is IRIS?
Built in collaboration with Sunexo’s clients, the IRIS software is a cloud-based software which allows organizations to make better manage their relationships with stakeholders.
Q2. What do I need to use IRIS?
At a minimum, all you need is the ability to send an email. Regardless of the email system, you’ll be able to send activities into IRIS. To edit the emails and create reports, you need either an iPad or computer, a supported web browser and an internet connection.
We currently support Windows: Internet Explorer Ver 11, the current stable releases of Firefox and Google Chrome, and Safari.
Even though we don't officially support older browsers and Androids, some of the features should still be useable, so try it out if your IT guy won't let you upgrade.
Q3. How secure is IRIS?
Our servers are routinely inspected, and are fully audited and SSAE 16 (SOC 1) TYPE II (Formerly SAS 70) certified. Our system includes world class compliance including: PCI, HIPAA, and SSAE 16 (SOC 1) TYPE II (Formerly SAS 70). In other words: very secure.
Q4. What is the cost of using IRIS?
We have monthly or annual options based on the amount of activities you manage in IRIS. In other words, you only pay for what you use. Being as projects can be radically different in size, we allow unlimited projects. And in order to encourage adoption with your team there is no user limits. into IRIS.
Q1. What type of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) for online payments.
Q2. What happens if I go over my activity limit?
Once you go over your activity limit, you’ll receive an invoice to upgrade yourself. You’ll have 30 days to make the payment to continue with access to IRIS.
Q3. What counts as an Activity?
An activity is the main entity in IRIS. It represents an interaction with one or many stakeholders. You are free to add and remove activities to stay within the limit of your selected plan type.
